BBCS Announces New Director of Client Services

AUBURN, WA – June 1, 2018 – Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc. (BBCS) today announced a new Director of Client Services. James Bancroft has joined BBCS and brings with him 15 years of experience in the blood banking industry, as well as 20+ years in customer service. James will be an integral addition to the Leadership and Executive Team and will support BBCS in strategic planning and achievement of common goals.
