Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client conversion projects, ensuring alignment with implementation timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration strategies and tools.
- Conduct complex database analyses, develop design solutions, and resolve data quality issues.
- Engage in troubleshooting database performance issues and optimize systems for enhanced functionality.
- Maintain documentation for database applications and perform data anomaly investigations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL knowledge and understanding of database structures.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL development, and basic programming/scripting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project deliverables.
- Preferred: AWS server experience, familiarity with healthcare data, and agile environment exposure.
