Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of our applications across client sites, which includes managing project timelines, performing on-site training, and providing essential client support during the implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project timelines and implementation tasks from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and BBCS, ensuring all organizational goals are met and projects align with client and company expectations.
- Conduct on-site and webinar-based training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption and functionality of our applications.
- Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of project management or implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or IT implementation preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
