PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Client Solutions Engineer is an articulate, energetic, and highly knowledgeable professional who supports Client Success and Implementation Specialists by delivering workflow expertise, product demonstrations, and solution design throughout the implementation lifecycle. The CSE will serve as the primary knowledge resource for workflow, technology, and regulatory considerations as they relate to ForLife and Forcyte capabilities. The role’s responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as the subject-matter expert (SME) for the BBCS Platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of workflows, functionality, and best practices across donor services, collections, processing, and distribution.
- Develop, refine, and deliver high-quality product demonstrations that clearly articulate complex concepts in simple, engaging, and compelling ways.
- Position the BBCS Platforms as a comprehensive solution to all stakeholders—providing storytelling for executive audiences as well as technical detail for IT professionals.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services to support implementation success, helping clients understand how BBCS Platforms align with operational best practices and regulatory expectations in the blood and biologics space.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational, policy, regulatory, and legislative changes affecting the industry.
- Attend implementation calls alongside our Implementation Specialists to assist in addressing workarounds in the application and process improvement discussions.
- Assist Implementation and Client Success Specialists with troubleshooting application issues identified by clients.
- Share knowledge and facilitate coaching of other team members as needed.
- Provide structured and meaningful product feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
OTHER JOB DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in healthcare, biologics, regulated environments, or technology-enabled workflow roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and digital tools that support regulated processes and decision-making.
- Technical understanding of SaaS applications, web and mobile technology, systems integration, APIs, and related information systems.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical and workflow concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional presentation skills in virtual and in-person environments, including high-stakes scenarios.
- Organized, analytical, and capable of removing obstacles through adaptive and creative approaches.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
EDUCATION:
- A BA/BS or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
