Together with our clients, we established a User Group that meets annually. Participants exchange ideas, learn about upcoming application changes, and take advantage of training opportunities. Beyond these annual meetings, users maintain active community engagement. They assist one another by sharing best practices they’ve developed in their use of the applications and by discussing standard operating procedures.

BBCS introduced the BBCS CEO Summit where we bring together CEOs from all over the world. We share with attendees our strategic plans for the current year and listen to the perspectives of these industry leaders as they share insights, trends they are seeing, and the challenges they face. Together we strategize on what BBCS can do to ensure we continue to provide real solutions to help address those challenges. At these Summits, BBCS also previews new potential products and features, using CEO feedback to help set development priorities.
We’ve been a partner with BBCS since 1996. Working together [we’ve] met and overcome many challenges. The flexibility of the software is impressive...we can make important changes to our processes while maintaining control of the safety of the blood we collect and distribute. BBCS works hard to listen to us.
We have been a partner with BBCS for over three years and their willingness to support our blood center in all areas is a breath of fresh air in the industry. We always feel like our opinions and needs are heard by the staff and leadership within BBCS.
ForLife Biologics Platform is cutting-edge software that optimized complicated concepts into simple, user-friendly features. It will help streamline our operations, save valuable time, and enable us to adapt swiftly to the ever-changing needs of our industry.
From the very beginning, we recognized the immense potential of ForLife and firmly believed that this system is exceptionally positioned to meet the ever-evolving needs of blood center operations.
Our team is feeling great after making the move to ABO Suite! Our donors are also really enjoying the convenience of ABO QuickPass, which gives them the ability to fill out their Donor History Questionnaire at home.
We are receiving great feedback from staff and donors alike on the improved paperless donation process. We look forward to continuing to streamline and improve the donor experience with ABO Suite.
We chose to work with BBCS and implement ABO Suite based on its ability to meet our needs now and into the future. Additionally, their commitment to the Blood Banking industry through their partnership with BCA demonstrates that they are a valued partner to the industry.
